E-learning 5This is the first time I have attended a class in this format and wondered how effective it would be. It was very effective and therefore I would definitely introduce all my friends and family to attend classes in the same format. The instructor was very knowledgeable and provided a wealth of information about the current version, especially since the last version I used was several releases ago.

Information Technology 5I have twenty plus years of experience taking training courses. I am not easily impressed, reserved with my praise, and do not usually complete surveys. My instructor is excellent, the best I've experienced on a software subject, and I couldn't imagine him doing a better job of seamlessly walking students through a breadth of information in a remote environment. He did a fabulous job packing everything and addressing student questions. I am very impressed.

The course in Marketing contains the following:
Marketing is defined as the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large. Kotler and Armstrong also defined marketing as the process by which companies create value for customers and build strong customer relationships in order to capture value from customers in return. In this case marketing can be considered as “an organizational effort to create and retain profitable customers through positive relationship building between the organisation and its internal as well as external customers in a socially responsible manner“. In order to create and retain profitable customers, the marketing concept has become the way of thinking with the customer located at the centre of the business. Over the years the concept of market has evolved from one concept to the other.
